• Must be extremely organized with good analytical, problem solving and coding skills
• Deliver high-quality software quickly through iterative development with minimal supervision in a 2-3 person team
• Responsible for analysis of current and new programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming
• Develop cost-effective information technology solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications

• Codes, tests, debug documents and implements software applications

Qualification:

• College degree in a related field
• 3-5 or more years of experience in the relevant field
• Work effectively in team environment
• Be able to communicate effectively in English, French is a plus
• Must be able to adapt easily & effectively operate in a fast moving, dynamic environment
• 2+ years experience with Apache, PHP, MySQL
• 2+ years strong PHP development
• 2+ years experience with AJAX,, HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery experience

• 3+ years with hands-on development experience with Java and JSP, Hibernate , Struts and Java opensurce tools
