We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager IT Service Management, to offer his/her services in a European Institution in Stockholm, Sweden.

- Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and implementation of an IT service management methodology (e.g. ITIL) to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
• SLA development and documentation.
• SLA and OLA negotiation.
• Development of service management procedures.
• Process maps and specifications.
• Define Service Management Tools specifications.
• Implementation planning and costing.
• Help desk procedures and manuals.
• Facilitation of workshops and meetings.
• Service Management Tool review and gap analysis.
• New service launches.
• Project communications, workshops and events.
• Roles and (organisational) structure development.
• Process (e.g. ITIL) training.
• Business continuity planning.
• Project reporting.

- Skills and Experience:

• University degree with minimum 6 years experience in IT, or non university degree with minimum 12 years experience in IT.
• Minimum 4 years experience in IT service management. Practical experience with ITIL implementation and service level management is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a project management.
• Proofed ITIL qualifications and experience implementing ITIL processes.
• Good knowledge and experience with the design of the Service Management Tool “Landesk Service Desk Console”.
• Good knowledge and experience using Crystal Reporting Tools.
• Holding ITIL expert certificate is required.
• Holding a recognized project management certification will be an asset.
• Proficiency in implementing/testing a service management tool.
• Good technical knowledge on the projects aspects.
• Good reporting methods.
• Ability to give presentations.
• Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks.
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills.
• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions.
• Excellent language skills in English, both writen and spoken.
