Project Manager

GOWI d.o.o. software company who is well established on UK market for over 9 years is looking to hire a Project Manager. This position requires a person with at least 5 years experience in leading software development teams (teams of minimum 5 people preferred).
Candidate profile:

You must have:
- Experience in planning, time management, scheduling, project costing and budget management
- Risk analysis, dependencies and decision analysis skills
- Presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Conflict resolution, problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under stress
- Experience in business analysis and software design and modeling
- Experience in working in some standard methodology (Scrum, Agile, RUP,MSF,etc.)
- Experience in working with the following tools: MS Project, MS Office, SQL Manager 2005/2008 (preferred), Visual Studio 2005/2008 (preferred), Enterprise Architect (preferred), MS CRM (preferred) , SharePoint (preferred)
- Experience in making proposals for international projects (preferred)
- University degree
- English fluent
Key responsibilities:
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Completion of the project on time, on budget and on spec.
- Setting deadlines; assigning responsibilities; and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of the project
- Identifying schedule uncertainties and risks
- Running the project on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinating designers, coders, programmers, other staff, service providers, and clients
- Evaluating deliverables prepared by the team to make sure the work meets requirements and maintains a high level of quality
- Constantly monitoring and reporting on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
- Analyzing requirements and giving estimates
- Preparing proposals
- Ensuring the project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
- Analyzing project profitability and preparing the budget reports
- Conducting performance evaluation
- Managing day-to-day client interaction.
- Setting and managing client expectations.
- Developing lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
- Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Building a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.
