GOWI d.o.o. software company who is well established on UK market for over 9 years is looking to hire a Project Manager. This position requires a person with at least 5 years experience in leading software development teams (teams of minimum 5 people preferred).

Candidate profile:

You must have:

• Experience in planning, time management, scheduling, project costing and budget management
• Risk analysis, dependencies and decision analysis skills
• Presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Conflict resolution, problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under stress
• Experience in business analysis and software design and modeling
• Experience in working in some standard methodology (Scrum, Agile, RUP,MSF,etc.)
• Experience in working with the following tools: MS Project, MS Office, SQL Manager 2005/2008 (preferred), Visual Studio 2005/2008 (preferred), Enterprise Architect (preferred), MS CRM (preferred) , SharePoint (preferred)
• Experience in making proposals for international projects (preferred)
• University degree

• English fluent

Key responsibilities:

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.

The Project Manager is responsible for:

• Completion of the project on time, on budget and on spec.
• Setting deadlines; assigning responsibilities; and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of the project
• Identifying schedule uncertainties and risks
• Running the project on a day-to-day basis
• Coordinating designers, coders, programmers, other staff, service providers, and clients
• Evaluating deliverables prepared by the team to make sure the work meets requirements and maintains a high level of quality
• Constantly monitoring and reporting on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
• Analyzing requirements and giving estimates
• Preparing proposals
• Ensuring the project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
• Analyzing project profitability and preparing the budget reports
• Conducting performance evaluation
• Managing day-to-day client interaction.
• Setting and managing client expectations.
• Developing lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
• Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

• Building a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.
